I don't like wine (I've tried to no avail) but I love cheese. I'm not a fromage connoisseur by any means, but I'm learning. My favorites are Idiazabel, a sharp, smoky cheese from Spain, and Tilston Point, a nutty Wisconsin blue cheese.
I always want to try new varieties, so please share! Are you a cheese lover? What are your favorites?
